1. Robot stuck
If the robot is stuck, the robot will stop itself. The warning light will turn on and the dedicated
message will be displayed on the app.
In this case, 2 options :
1. User moves the robot and places it on the docking station. The robot will start again as
soon as a new cleaning run is launched (from the robot or app).
2. User moves the robot and puts it back on the floor within 1m + presses the start/pause
button to resume the cleaning session. The robot will try to relocalize in its environment
and will continue the cleaning session.
2. Eternal stop
•
If the robot is stopped out of its docking station and the warning light is blinking, it means
that the robot faced a tricky/delicate situation. The user must switch off/on the robot with
the switch on/off underneath the robot and put it back on the docking station.
•
The robot will start again as soon as a new cleaning run is launched (from the robot or app).
3. Battery low
•
If the battery reaches less than 10
%
the robot will enter in a battery low mode. In this mode,
the warning light turns on and the last battery light segment is blinking.

In that case the user must put back the robot on to the docking station to recharge. The
robot will start again as soon as a new cleaning run is launched (from the robot or app).
4. Brush stuck
If the brush of the robot is stuck (carpet fringe, shoelace...), the robot stops itself. The warning
light will stay on and the dedicated message will be displayed on the app.
In this case, 2 options:
1. User clears the brush and places the robot on the right docking station. The robot will
start again as soon as a new cleaning run is launched (from the robot or app)
2. User clears the brush and puts the robot back on the floor within 1m + presses the
start/pause button to resume the cleaning session. The robot will try to relocalize in its
environment and will continue the cleaning session.

Pensez à brancher la base.

Rendre accessible la base en rangeant sur le parcours du robot.

Le robot va s’éteindre par manque
de batterie
La batterie est trop faible et le robot ne parvient pas à rentrer sur la
base de charge.
Positionnez manuellement le robot sur la base de charge pour qu’il
se recharge.
2010
Le robot ne se trouve plus sur le sol
Le robot a été soulevé.
Replacez le robot sur le sol.
2020
Une des roues du robot est coincée
Une des roues est coincée et ne fonctionne pas correctement.
Eteignez votre robot et enlevez l’élément bloquant.
2021
Le moteur d’aspiration est bloqué
Le robot ne peut plus démarrer correctement.
Appelez le SAV en renseignant le code erreur 2021.
2022
L’électrobrosse est coincée/bloquée
L’électrobrosse ne fonctionne pas correctement.
Eteignez votre robot et enlevez l’élément bloquant.
Pensez également à nettoyer votre électrobrosse à l’aide de l’outil
fourni pour retirer les cheveux et/ou les poils.
2024
Le robot ne trouve pas son chemin
Le robot est coincé.
Déplacez le robot, le repositionner dans une zone non encombrée et
relancez l’aspiration.
Déplacez le robot.
2025
Le robot a un problème avec ses
capteurs de chute
Les capteurs de chute sont sales.
Nettoyez les capteurs de chute à l’aide du chiffon doux fourni.
Le robot est bloqué en haut des escaliers.
Déplacez le robot.
2030
Le bac à poussière du robot n’est
pas présent
Le robot ne peut pas démarrer sans son bac à poussière.
Repositionnez correctement le bac à poussière avec son filtre.
Ou positionnez le bac à poussière avec son filtre dans le robot.

Les capteurs de navigation du robot
sont défectueux
Le robot ne peut plus démarrer correctement.
Appelez le SAV en renseignant le code erreur 2040
2041
Le gyroscope du robot est
défectueux
Le robot ne peut plus démarrer correctement.
Appelez le SAV en renseignant le code erreur 2041
2050
Le robot fait face à un problème
Éteignez et remettez le robot en marche et replacez-le sur la station
d’accueil. Après la réinitialisation, le robot sera de nouveau prêt à
répondre à toute commande.
Le robot ne s’allume pas
Le robot n’a plus suffisamment de batterie pour s’allumer.
Placez le robot sur la base de charge
L’interrupteur ON/OFF est positionné sur OFF sous le robot.
Mettez l’interrupteur en position ON.
